SHIPPING & RETURNS
PAYMENT ONLINE PURCHASES – STANDARD DELIVERY
Once an order has been paid for, we try to have it dispatched the next business day by close of business. Delivery is usually between 2-7 working days within South African borders only.
*Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday & Sunday may only be dispatched on the Tuesday morning for delivery.
PAYMENT
We offer convenient payment options via our secure payment processor. We do not store any credit card and/or banking information on our servers. Please note that due to the high incidence of fraud, no orders will be dispatched until the payment has cleared into our bank account.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller within 24 hours of delivery confirming via email if the Goods are damaged. If you receive the wrong goods, please do not open the product/s, but inform us immediately. If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.
Prior consent from the Seller must be approved via e-mail before any Goods are shipped back to the Seller. All returns are the responsibility of the Buyer until the returned Goods reach the Seller. Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number of the original purchase on the package.
Refunds and warranties will not be applied to Goods that have been damaged due to misuse, negligence and/or not correctly following the instructions supplied with the product.
With all purchases, we provide 7-day policy, where if the product is at fault we will exchange it, provided you have notified us within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Refunds are only issued when we have had a chance to resolve the problem with you. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods.
Our website is aimed at customers who have already purchased and experienced the products, either its use in the case of skincare, smell in terms of perfume, or colour in terms of make-up. If you have ordered the wrong product, then you can still return for a full refund but please note that items must be unopened and unused.
